Viktoria Rawinski graduated in Plastics and Rubber Engineering from the University of Applied Science in Wuerzburg. After her thesis on "Development and Design of a Temperature Controlled Electromechanic Test Rig for the Analysis of Piezo-fibre Sensors" she has been called to the Fraunhofer Institute for Silicat Research as Engineer for applied R&D in the research field of smart materials. Among her varied fields of research are publications on the dielectric elastomer actuators and the "System Reliability Investigation of Piezo-fibre Sensors with Integrated Electronics".

Following her role as general manager of globalPoint ICS GmbH & Co. KG, she founded Rawinski GmbH in 2020. Her inventions include worldwide patented technologies such as " Method for void reduction when soldering circuit boards and soldering device for performing the same" and "Method and cleaning system for cleaning the process gas in soldering installations". As a distinguished speaker, she presents at international conferences around the world. Based on these achievements, she was called by the Free State of Bavaria for lecturing at the University of Applied Sciences in the field of metallic materials in 2019.
