Parking/entry
The parking capacity at the event location is limited, so we can provide to exhibitors with 1 parking space per booth. Price included in the registration fee. This can be used in the following way:
During opening hours
You can park in the parking lot of the Budapest Olympic Center (BOK) from 21 to 23 April, using a PARKING VOUCHER. We send the numbered vouchers to exhibitors by e-mail to the contact person of the company in the week before opening. Please print and place behind the windshield for the entire parking period! The parking voucher is checked by security, at the gate at Ifjúság Road! The exhibitor parking lot marked in blue on the map. It can be accessed through the gate at Ifjúság Road. Please indicate the vehicle plate number on the voucher!
Opening hours
Tuesday, 21 April: 09.00–17.00 (For exhibitors from 07.00–17.30)
Wednesday, 22 April: 09.00–17.00 (For exhibitors from 08.30–17.30)
Thursday, 23 April: 09.00–15.00 (We open the hall for exhibitors at 08.30)
Parking outside the exhibition area
Arriving by car recommended to park at the designated public parking lot on Dózsa György RoadDózsa György Road, which can be used upon payment of the appropriate parking fee for the zone. You can also park in the Papp László Sports Arena parking lot for an hourly fee.

Pick up of exhibitor badges
Exhibititor badges can be pick up on Tuesday, 21 April, from 8 a.m. at the registration desk. (During the construction/dismantling period you do not need the badge to enter the hall.) We will send a QR code by e-mail to those who registered earlier (You can register here as an exhibitor: https://innoelectro.com/en/reg-eng-exhibitor). The tickets will be printed by presenting the QR code at the entrance. Please have your badge with you on the other days of the exhibition. You can enter by scanning the code on the badge. If a member of your staff has not registered in advance, they can do it also at the event using your laptop or smart phone with the link above.
Loading/truck entry
During the construction/dismantling period, trucks and cars can enter through the gate at Ifjúság Road. They can only drive in with plate numbers was sent in advance to
The hall has two cargo entrances, through which the machines/installations can be loaded. We can provide a forklift only with prior arrangement and time slot reservation! It is possible to unload more trucks at the same time, but we ask to deliver your load with a truck having a lifting back. It is more flexible! We ask to use yours or your supplier's pallet jack. We cannot provide one!
In order to avoid congestion, in addition sending the plate number of the truck, please also send the quantity, dimensions and weight of the machines to be delivered to
Delivery and truck loading periods

Friday, 24 April, 08.00–17.00 (Only at the booked time!)
Important: Using a forklift in the hall (in the exhibition area) possible only on Sunday and Friday! For safety reasons, machines that can only be moved with a forklift can only be delivered and moved in the exhibition area on Sunday! We can only provide a forklift during a pre-arranged period, for an additional fee (EUR 100/hour). The maximum capacity of the available forklift is 4.5 tons, which has a 2 m fork.
Construction/Dismantling period
Sunday, 19 April, 10 a.m.–8 p.m
Monday, 20 April, 7 a.m.–8 p.m
Thursday, 23 April, 3 p.m.–8 p.m
Friday, 24 April, 7 a.m.–6.00 p.m
The exhibition booths are delivered with carpet, which is coverd by a protective film until the opening of the exhibition. For safety and security reasons, we ask exhibitors to remove the protective film by themself!
The dismantling of the booths cannot be started before the exhibition closes!

Packaging materials
For the duration of the exhibition, we provide a separate area in the hall to store packaging materials and pallets used for transport. Please place packaging materials on site, in consultation with the organizers, in an orderly manner. Entrances and emergency exits should have left free!
Waste management
Please place the waste in a garbage bag at the end of the day, in the corridor next to your booth, which will be taken away by the cleaning service after closing. The waste generated during the construction can be placed in the containers outside the hall.
Disposal of any waste other than packaging waste (e.g. large quantities of installation elements or construction materials) is only possible for an additional fee and subject to prior agreement.
Security/Protection of valuables
The exhibition hall is closed beyond construction / dismantling / opening hours. A security service operates during these periods. However, we ask not to leave movable valuables if your employees are not present at the booth. The organizers are not taking the responsiblity for the valuables placed in the exhibition space!
Beyond construction, dismantling and opening periods, the electricity will be completely swithed of in the Hall for safety reasons. Please ensure that your equipments is turned off professionally!
It is strictly forbidden to store or use explosive materials in the exhibition area! The use of open flames and smoking are prohibited! Storage of pressurized (compressed air, nitrogen, etc.) bottles is only possible with the use of a safe storage device that complies with the regulations. Inform the organizers about the placement of pressurized bottles!
In the exhibition area, all exhibitors are obliged to comply with the valid occupational health and safety rule. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor!
Traffic routes within the hall must be cleared during the whole event. Traffic routes, entrance and exit doors should not be blocked or narrowed, even temporarily.
After closing, please make sure that there are no fire or accident-causing conditions at your booth!
