Márton Teker spent years as the General Manager of a small EMS company in Hungary, overseeing customer relations, production, supply chain and quoting. After that, he led business development at a mid-size key regional EMS player before joining Luminovo, the Munich-based deep-tech company behind the industry-leading electronics supply chain software platform. Today he works hands-on with EMS companies across Europe and the USA, as both an EMS Expert and Customer Success Manager. He works with Luminovo customers across all CEE countries — Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Romania, Serbia, and Bulgaria — helping them rethink how they handle costing, quoting, and supply chain operations. Originally from Hungary, he has visited 20+ EMS factories across Europe in the past year. He has an obsessive interest in what separates the EMS companies that are thriving from those falling behind.
