Raul Bonca

My name is Raul Bonca and I am a Regional Sales Manager at PARMI Europe, working with inspection technologies for electronics manufacturing. I started my career as an SPI and AOI engineer and have more than seven years of hands-on experience in SMT production environments, working closely with manufacturers across Europe on process optimization, equipment implementation, and customer training.

My main focus is on solder paste inspection (SPI), automated optical inspection (AOI), and how AI-driven solutions can be practically integrated into real production processes. I combine technical knowledge with real manufacturing experience to help companies improve quality, efficiency, and process stability through advanced inspection technologies.
