László Személyi

László Személyi is the first Hungarian member of ISO TC/279, delegated by Óbuda University. He is currently most actively involved in the development of guidelines 56011 (Innovation Management Competency Framework) and 56013 (Innovation Ecosystem Management).

He is the Managing Partner of the innovation and technology consultancy Future-Now, the project manager of the Neumann Technology Platform within the Economic Innovation Partnership Program between South Korea and Hungary, and co-founder of the DIG-IT Podcast. He has two decades of experience as a business analyst and strategic consultant, with a background in sociology and economics. After earlier experience in CRM, process management, and business architecture, for the past seven years he has focused on building future-proof companies. His goal is to help organizations create space for exploration and creativity, and to leverage the advantages offered by new technologies across all possible areas—primarily through the confident management of innovation. He is the father of three wonderful children and a recipient of the Pro Scientia Gold Medal and the Innocentive Awards.
